VTS Cancellation Terms & Conditions

VTS has a NON REFUNDABLE POLICY:

• If a VTS clients cancels they forfeit payment ( With the possibility to reschedule based on tutor availability) or a refund if VTS deems it a STATE of Emergency
• VTS STATE of Emergency (e.g.server illness, death,,, )
• Proof of Emergency ( VTS reserves the right to request proof of emergency)
• If a REFUND is offered the process for return (can take7-14 business days and funds maybe electronic or paper check) or applied to a future session
